By utilizing four behavioral styles measured in the DiSC, this assessment is used to predict the optimal workplace style, setting, and team composition for an individual.
What does DiSC® stand for?
DiSC® is an acronym with each letter representing a behavioral trait that is measured.
D: Dominance : Assertive personality with high ambition and team performance
I: Influence: Outgoing personality type and high in social intelligence.
S: Steadiness: Calm and reserved personality type.
C: Conscientiousness: Analytics type who plan and prefer accuracy.
Your DiSC® results will be a combination of the four types found above.
How accurate is DiSC®?
